What a fantastic experience! From finding quality used options with significant upside, Alex, Mike, and the ownership were attentive. Even after taking possession of the new vehicle, there was an issue that was addressed immediately - no hassle or frustration. They honoured every word and went above & beyond to take the pain out of the car purchasing experience. It was incredibly convenient. Mike brought out the car twice before we finalized the deal. The best part was when the deal was complete, Mike drove the new one to our driveway for a third, changed plates, and drove the old one back! Last year I bought a car from Alex and was nervous about everything. He personalized the sale and basically explained everything to me in lamens terms. I live about an hour away which made meetings a bit harder but I was able to do everything through emails and phone calls even text/pic messages. They even delivered the car with full tank of gas. And checked up on regular basis to see how I was liking everything. I work in customer service and i was just blown away. Now one year later I got a review call from Jordan seeing how everything was going. I had been looking for a truck since day one and now I was able to trade up for one.
